2. Services

We provide professional property care services including but not limited to:

  • Domestic Cleaning
  • Lawn Mowing and Garden Maintenance
  • Pressure Washing

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Bookings & Scheduling

  • All bookings are subject to confirmation by our team.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to arrive at the scheduled time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted based on the scope of work and property details provided.
  • Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition and size of the property upon inspection.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept bank transfer, cash, and major digital payment methods.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for our team.
  • Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or hazardous items before service.
  • Inform us of any specific requirements, allergies, or health considerations.
  • Ensure pets are secured during the service.

6. Liability

While we take the utmost care in providing our services, Lumo Property Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear to property, surfaces, or items.
  • Damage caused by faulty or defective fixtures and fittings.
  • Loss or damage resulting from failure to follow our recommendations.

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-service at no additional cost.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
